Suggested Use 用法用量
Step#1:
Dissolve 5 spoonful of powder in 500 ml room temperature water
Step#2:
Wait until the solution cool down to comfortably warm temperature. Use clean towel immersing in the solution until it fully soaked
Step#3:
Apply to the pain area and maintain at comfortably warm temperature for 15 minutes.
每次五茶匙 | 一日两次
